SELF CARE…….

We talk about this in class a lot, but are you doing it?  It’s definitely hard to juggle all this new stuff….. you will get the hang of it. 

….HOWEVER  – the #1 thing you CAN do TODAY:

Communicate! Communicate how you are feeling – – especially when those feelings are super strong… and sometimes come at unexpected moments!  Ask for a break.  Write a note so you don’t have to yell your feels….

Talk to your parentals.  Talk to your teachers.  Talk to your friends.  We are all in this together.  🙂
